French Tech Expo Label

MGI co-organizes the Label French Tech Expo, from November 4 to 6, in Paris

The very first edition of the Label French Tech Expo will see the companies MGI, CODIMAG, GIC, SERAME and SMAG, present in operation, their various solutions dedicated to the adhesive label and flexible packaging, to printers and converters from all over Europe.

On June 22, the five main French manufacturers of printing, finishing and finishing equipment for the adhesive label, sleeve and flexible packaging markets decided to join forces within the French Tech Club label with the aim of promoting French technology to professionals in the industry.

On this occasion, Benoît Demol (CODIMAG), Bruno Vitali (GIC), Victor Abergel (MGI), Charles Dernoncourt (SERAME) and Stéphane Rateau (SMAG), indicated that their joint actions would be organized around a major event planned for the fall, the Label French Tech Expo, and a series of workshops throughout the year.

First event of the year in label and flexible packaging

Organized from November 4 to 6, 2020, the Label French Tech Expo 2020 will be the very first event dedicated to the sector. It will meet the needs of the industry's professionals to come together to think about innovations that will allow them to differentiate themselves on the market.

100% equipment demonstrations and thematic workshops

Organized by the 5 French manufacturers of industrial solutions, the Label French Tech Expo will focus on technical demonstrations of equipment in production situations, and on thematic workshops. Throughout the week, participants will meet with the 5 manufacturers, discuss their vision of the market, the expectations of customers, and the technological developments to come, before attending demonstrations of machines in situation.

3 sessions of demonstrations and workshops per day, during 4 days

In order to gain efficiency, the Label French Tech Expo 2020 is organized in 3 daily sessions of demonstrations and questions-answers, dedicated to the solutions CODIMAG / GIC, MGI and SMAG / SERAME.

3 industrial sites to discover

These 3 sessions will take place on 3 industrial sites located close to each other, based south of Paris:
- MGI (Orly-Fresnes)
- SMAG (Savigny sur Orge)
- CODIMAG (Bondoufle).

Guests will arrive at the site of their choice at 10:00 am to attend the first session of the day, and will then be shuttled to the second and third sites for the rest of the demonstrations and workshops. The Label French Tech Expo will be a unique opportunity for participants to discover the industrial tool of the different manufacturers of the Club. The day will end at 6:00 pm, each participant being driven by shuttle to the site where he will have started his tour.

VIP reception in complete security

Depending on the time of day, each of the 3 French Tech Expo 2020 sites will offer a snack, a cocktail reception or an aperitif to its visitors, who will be given, at the time of departure, a sample kit of the productions made. The organization of the day in separate sessions will allow to receive the guests in the best conditions of sanitary safety.
